Fresh-air exchange removes accumulated heat and humidity, while internal circulation helps prevent stagnant zones. We design side and roof vents, extraction and air movement as one strategy, responding to the crop and outside conditions.

Better decisions. More value in every cycle.
How this equipment supports everyday crop management.
Better growing conditions
Renew air and release accumulated heat to reduce periods of heat stress on plants.
Less persistent humidity
Air renewal and circulation help limit humid pockets and condensation as part of crop health management.
Less unnecessary energy use
Use natural ventilation when outdoor conditions allow, reserving mechanical extraction for the demand that requires it.
Air exchange designed around the crop
Outside air enters through side vents while warmer air can leave through roof vents. Exchange depends on geometry, opening area and weather. Crop height, obstacles and insect screens are considered so the design addresses the complete airflow path.
Extraction and circulation have different roles
Exhaust fans provide mechanical air exchange when natural ventilation needs support. Circulation fans move air inside the enclosure and help limit stagnant zones. Position and airflow are selected so equipment supports the intended path rather than opposing it.
Vents and equipment working together
A strategy can combine manual and automated operation. Temperature, humidity, wind and schedules provide criteria to open, modulate or close, using installed sensors. Coordination with heating and screens avoids conflicting actions; settings are adjusted for the crop and season.

Frequently asked questions
What does ventilation contribute?
It renews air and removes accumulated heat and humidity. Internal circulation supports air exchange but does not replace it.
Can ventilation cool below outdoor temperature?
Ventilation alone cannot cool air below outdoor temperature. Other systems, such as evaporative cooling where climate allows, are assessed for that purpose.
Natural openings or exhaust fans?
The choice depends on wind, geometry, crops and screens. Side and roof openings, exhaust and circulation are assessed as complementary functions.
Can opening and closing be automated?
Yes, with compatible motors, sensors and controllers. Setpoints, priorities and responses to wind, rain or faults are defined for the project.
What maintenance is needed?
Check mechanisms, motors, fixings and screens, and clean fans. Frequency depends on conditions and manufacturer guidance.
